EvolveX offers multiple technologies designed to address concerns such as muscle tone, body contouring, and the appearance of skin and tissue in selected treatment areas.
Your treatment plan is customized based on your goals, assessment, and clinical appropriateness. Treatment areas and modalities are determined during your consultation.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
All patients must complete an EvolveX Body Transform Consultation and be determined an appropriate candidate prior to enrollment.
Memberships require a minimum two-month commitment and are automatically billed every 30 days.
Membership sessions must be used within each 30-day membership period. Unused sessions do not roll over, accumulate, transfer, or convert to account credit. If you don’t use them, you lose them.
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled patient.
Early termination before completion of the two-month commitment is subject to an Early Membership Termination Fee, as outlined in the membership agreement.
Scheduled sessions remain subject to AMANI Aesthetics’ cancellation, no-show, and late-arrival policies.
All treatments and wellness injections are subject to clinical assessment, eligibility, and medical appropriateness. Individual results vary and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Complete membership terms, recurring payment authorization, and policies are reviewed and signed prior to enrollment.
